First, Yesterday

here's what i ate:

1 Grande Caramel Macchiato, 1 donut

1 chicken tenders salad at Cheddar's
3 12 oz glasses of water
1 diet mt. dew

dinner:

2 barbecued pork chops, green beans, and watermelon

then, i lifted... chest presses, hammer curls, and lunges with shoulder lifts
then walked 1.5 miles
