2 Days!

Below 180. Today's weight: 178.5.

I've been walking -- did 2 miles last night.

you have to go back to Sept. 20th to find a day when I weighed less than 180.

Or, Sept. 20th is the day that I hit the "warning" weight of 180 and it has taken nearly a month for me to do something about it. Changing diet, exercising, etc.

Ideally, my warning weight will get lower -- like 177 or ultimately, 175. I'd like to weigh 170. And know that when I hit 175, I need to take action.

But I'll work now with 180. And when I hit 175, I'll make it 178. And keep working.

Finally!

I weigh-in at 179.5 this morning. First time under 180 in a long time. Probably not once in October yet have I weighed below 180.

not bad

so far, I've eaten:

1 8 oz glass of cranberry juice, 1 yoplait light fat free yogurt, and 1 grande caramel macchiato at starbucks. That's a bit over 500 calories and 17 grams of protein
