1 English muffin with whipped butter
1 lowfat Caramel Latte
1 chicken burrito with black beans
1 big coke from a gas station
1 serving of cheese ravioli with tomato sauce
1 Red Velvet Fresh Escape from Maggie Moos

Since March

I haven't blogged here much...but:

I have weighed 180 a total of 6 times since the beginning of March.

I log my weight every day, and the most common weight is 178.

I've been running or lifting weights.

And I've not been over 180 a single day in that timeframe.

Now: to get to 175 and make that a constant.

But today: I ate 2 donuts and a Starbucks Grande Caramel Macchiato.

For most of this time period, I've given up the donuts in the morning... and replaced them with yogurt.
